To the Waters family, a long time neighbor. On behalf of my Mother, Mrs. Juanita Evans and myself, I would like to offer my sincere sympathy. I was unable to be there during the passing of your Mother due to be being out of town. However, my prayers and thoughts were with you. I pray for your comfort and peace knowing that the love that you showed for your mother was evident. I admire your family and how all of you took excellent care of her.
